Principal's Message

While your children had no school last Monday, our Cove and Neil Cummins teachers were busy learning how to teach computer science and engineering! Luca Jurovic (LCMSD Science, Technology, Robotics, and Engineering Teacher on Special Assignment, “TOSA”) and Michael Song (Del Mar Assistant Principal, former LCMSD teacher) led our teachers through Project Lead the Way (PLTW) modules in computer science. Our teachers are now officially certified in PLTW!

SPARK Online Auction Closes Monday March 21st at 9pm Don't miss out on amazing deals! From kids camps and classes, wine and dining options, and fashion and beauty, we’ve got something for everyone! This event raised over $80K last year and SPARK depends on this fundraising event to help us reach our year-end goal. For frequently asked questions, click here.

Online Auction Gratitude We are incredibly grateful to our parent volunteers who worked hard soliciting donations, editing the catalog, curating grade level baskets, and offering overall support. We also want to express our sincerest thanks to our SPARK Biz Partners and District Parents who generously donated items and services to our online auction.

Boots & Bling is April 23 Join us at Hopmonk Tavern for yum cocktails, delicious food, dancing, live music, live auction, and paddle raise. This event is always a good time. Tickets to go on sale on March 23rd.

Order Left Bank Meals Today This week’s menu is Chicken Paella, Mixed Greens, and Steamed Broccoli. The meal feeds a family of four for $50 and 20% will go back to SPARK. Their online ordering system is unavailable through the remainder of March please call in your order at (415) 927-3331on Sunday for pickup on Monday. 

Starbird Chicken Fundraiser  Save the date March 30th. Grab lunch or dinner at the newest spot in the Town Center all day on Wednesday, March 30th from 10:30 am-9:00 pm. 15% of all sales this day will benefit our schools! Flyer will be available for download soon. Code will be available soon.
