Kindergarten Playdate
Incoming kindergarten families are invited to meet on the blacktop for an easygoing playdate before school begins. Come say hello, meet new classmates and start putting faces to names.

4-5pm
New Family Welcome & Orientation
New to Cove? Join interim principal Harrison Blatt and the school team for a warm introduction to Cove, what to expect and the year ahead.
Aug 19
8.15-9.30am
Welcome Coffee
After drop-off, stay for coffee in the courtyard, reconnect with familiar faces and help us welcome families who are new to Cove.

Back to school night
Join teachers and school staff in the Gallery and your child’s classroom to learn what the year will look like.
This is an adults-only evening, so please arrange childcare.

An afternoon of games, food and community fun for the whole family.
Meet principal Walker to walk and roll to school in honor of Ruby Bridges and join us in a school-wide celebration of courage, inclusion and positive change.
A student favourite that gives children the chance to choose gifts for the people they love.
Collect gently used gifts and items across the year and donate them to Cove for our annual holiday store.
A month-long celebration of reading and one of the PTO’s most important annual fundraisers.
A joyful evening where Cove students can share their talents and cheer one another on.
A day of hands-on building, experimenting and creative problem-solving across the school.
A special week showering our amazing teachers with love and appreciation.
